Whether you're clearing out a garage, cleaning up after a move, or removing bulky household items, our professional team is ready to help. Simply schedule a pickup, and we'll handle the heavy lifting while ensuring your items are disposed of responsibly. We currently offer one junk removal pickup option. Advance scheduling is recommended to secure your preferred appointment time. A travel fee may apply based on your location.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling. We take same-day bookings when a route has room. Booking ahead isn't required, but it guarantees your preferred time window. Cancellations and rescheduling. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled window at no cost. Changes made less than 24 hours out, and no-shows, are billed a flat $50 fee. Access. Have your items accessible — driveway, garage, curb, or similar — by the start of your arrival window. If the crew can't reach the items or can't get in, it's treated as a no-show and the $50 fee applies. Pricing. Your booking price reflects the load size and description you give us. Our crew confirms the actual load on arrival. If it's larger than what was booked, or includes heavy material like concrete, dirt, brick, or tile, we'll give you a revised total before starting — nothing changes without your OK first. Payment. We keep a card on file to cover your booking and any confirmed price adjustment or cancellation fee.
