Cancellation Policy
1. Rental Period Standard rental periods are based on the package selected (e.g., 1-day, 3-day, 7-day, etc.). Extended rental periods may be available for an additional fee. Dumpsters must be available for pickup on the scheduled date. Additional fees may apply for delays. 2. Delivery & Pickup We offer delivery and pickup services within our local service area. Travel fees may apply depending on your location. You do not need to be present for delivery or pickup, but we must have clear access to the drop-off location. Please ensure the drop-off area is level, free of obstructions, and accessible to our truck. 3. Loading Guidelines Do not overfill the dumpster. Debris must be level with the top edge. Weight limits apply depending on the dumpster size. Overage fees may apply if weight exceeds the limit. Prohibited items include: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, tires, batteries, asbestos, liquids, propane tanks, and appliances with Freon. Additional fees will apply for items that are not allowed or require special disposal. 4. Payment Full payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. No deposit is required to schedule a dumpster. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. 6. Damage & Liability Customers are responsible for any damage to property resulting from dumpster placement, especially if placement instructions were provided. Haul Away Dumpster Rental is not responsible for driveway or yard damage caused by normal delivery or pickup operations. Do not attempt to move the dumpster once it has been placed. 7. Safety Keep children and pets away from the dumpster at all times. Do not climb into or onto the dumpster. Avoid disposing of items while standing near the edge of the container.
